To provide you a more fair competitive environment, we have recently implemented device bans, one of the most community-requested features! Anyone who maliciously cheats to disrupt the balance of the game will face the strictest violation penalty in history.

If our system detects that a player has cheated, the player's device will be permanently banned, and it will no longer be possible to log in or create any new game accounts on that device. We are determined to maintain a fair competitive environment, so we ask you to maintain integrity, cherish your accounts, and to have sportsmanlike conduct in the game. Q: What is the criteria for banning devices?
A: We identify and record the devices of users who deliberately cheat and continue to adversely affect the gaming environment, to more accurately combat behaviors that undermine game fairness. Once a device is identified as being used for malicious purposes, it will no longer be possible to log in or create any game account on that device, so please don't risk it.

Q: How long will a device be banned?
A: To crack down on actions that maliciously harm the gaming environment and deter others from taking such actions, we will permanently ban all devices that are used to violate the rules, and this ban will not be lifted.

Q: If a device is banned, will the account be affected too?
A: If your account can be used normally, you can log in to your account on another device. If you need to file a claim for a banned or frozen account, please refer to the standard procedure for banned accounts.

Q: How can I file a claim for a banned device?
A: If your device has been banned, you will receive the following notice.

If you believe you haven't cheated, you can go to Customer Service on the login screen to file a claim. You can also log in to your account on another device and access the in-game Customer Service to file a claim.
