If you failed to log in due to failed in downloading the in-game resources/ receive an error code during login in a stable network environment, kindly try the methods below:

1. Log out and re-login to the game.
2. Make sure your device is connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi network, or try to switch your network between Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi
3. You may find the “Repair” button on the right side of the login page, delete some of the downloaded resources to ensure your device storage is enough
4. Free up some device space
5. Make sure your game account is not being banned
6. Reinstall the app

*We highly advise guest account users to link their game accounts to any of your social media accounts to avoid game progress being erased after uninstalling the app.
