1. If the purchase was made on a third-party purchasing platform(e.g. Razer, Codapay, MOL, BOA, Gash), please reach out to their customer service for assistance first since we do not have access to the relevant details in order to provide assistance.

2. We are able to provide support for purchases which are made legally and through authorized channels only. (In game or authorized 3rd party purchase platform)

3. Network issues or latency can sometimes cause a delay in receiving the UC, we request you to wait for 24 hours to ensure that your purchase is successfully delivered to the account.

4. If you have already waited for 24 hours but did not receive the UC, please follow the instructions listed below and provide us the clear screenshots of the purchase in question:

Google Play:
1. Go to http://payments.google.com/
2. Find Other purchase activity.
3. Select View Purchases.
4. Select an order to see your receipt.
5. Take a screenshot of this receipt.

Apple Store:
1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID.
3. If you use Family Sharing, you’ll see in your purchase history what you bought using your Apple ID, but you won’t see what other family members bought. To see what other family members bought, sign in with their Apple ID.
4. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.
5. Take a screenshot of this receipt.
