If you encounter bugs during the game, kindly provide your feedback by following the steps below:

Encountered bugs during in-match
1. Find the Report button on the right side of the screen, add screenshots and provide your description as detailed as you can (maximum 200 characters)

* The security team will further investigate the match data after receiving your feedback, we will send you an outcome via the Security tab in the in-game mailbox.

2. If the issue still persists, kindly prepare the following information and contact our customer service via in-game Settings >> Customer Service button at the right bottom of the Account page for timely assistance.

-        Inform the customer service agent if you have tried to repair or reinstall the game
-        Provide the specific map location and time stamp
-        Network status and specific in-game operation/ movement
-        Bug descriptions and screenshots/ screen recording.

Bugs in events/missions
If you encountered bugs in the Lobby Event/Mission and the bug still occurs after you tried to repair/reinstall the game, kindly provide your feedback to our customer service:
-        The specific event/mission that the bug occurs
-        Detailed bug description and provide screenshots/screen recordings.
