You can follow the below instructions to join a match with the people of same language:

1. Go to Settings -> language
2. Click the Matchmaking Language on the bottom

Matches will be found based on the language priorities. Also, you can find the team in the [Team Recruitment] tab below the world chat tab, matchmaking system will provide the team recruitment based on the language priorities you have set.
