We are sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the In-Game Audio and/or Voice systems.

Please note that you may have issues with the sound and voice systems if you’re using Bluetooth Headphones.
Also note that if you are under 16 years old and live in an European country, you will not be able to use the Microphone.

If you do not apply to any of the above situations, here are some instructions for you to solve the problem:
1. Make sure that the game has been granted the "Microphone" Permission in the App Settings of your device.
2. Check your device Sound Mode and Volume Settings to ensure that you have High Volume for All sounds and that you DON’T have Silent Mode On.
3. Restart the App.
4. In the Game Menu, go to Settings - Audio and make sure the Audio and Voice Options are all turned On and with the Volume on High.
5. When In-Game, at the left side of the Mini-Map, ensure that you have the Voice and Audio Channels correctly selected.

Channels:
All - Allows you to hear and speak to everyone that is also using the All Channel.
Team – Allows you to hear and speak to your Teammates.
Mute – Allows you not hear nor be heard by any player.
