If items doesn't show up in [Inventory] after opening chests/receiving rewards, items do not work normally or disppear for no reason after opening chests, you can try the following instructions to solve the problem:

1. Check out the email box in case the items have been sent by email.
2. Make sure the network is fine, force-close the game and re-open the game to see if the items show up or work normally again.
3. Try to repair the game on login screen.

If the problem still exits, please contact our Customer Service. Attaching screenshots would be better for us to investigate the problem.
