If you are experiencing items display/lost related issues in a stable network environment, such as:
Unusual graphic effect display with Items:
1. Please make sure you have downloaded the resource pack for the specific costume.
2. If you have finished downloading the resource pack, please try to repair the game, then restart to see if the issue has been fixed.
Lost Items from inventory:
1. Please check if the item you lost was a permanent or time limited. As per game design time limited item will be removed from inventory after it expiry time.
2. Also, you may check your mail history for the past 30 days to see if you have received any mail related to the expiration of the item.
