You can choose between First Person Perspective (FPP) or Third Person Perspective (TPP) by clicking on the map above the "Start" option

Please Note: If you select the First Person Perspective (FPP) option, you will not be able to access Arcade Mode, as currently the FPP option is available only for Classic Mode. Additionally, you will not be able to switch between FPP and TPP while in a match.
